Integral elements of transport roll:

- bearing cases (hub) - these elements are produced of sheet metal with
d = 2 ? 10mm, by deep drawing, with tolerance of ± 0,02mm for different kinds of bearing and for pipes with different diameters;

- lids - these elements are produced by sheet metal of d = 1mm with deep drawing and metal stamping for different kinds of rolls;

- supports - these elements are produced of sheet metal of d = 0,5 ? 1mm, by metal stamping of metal sheet with different outside and inside diameters;

- shafts - these elements are produced by mechanical treatment of bar material with full section of different dimensions and forms depending on type of the transport roll.
